Steps To Join The CoreLogic, LLC Network...
We welcome you to join CoreLogic Valuation Services, LLC Appraiser Network. To consider
you for approval it is mandatory that all of the following information be submitted.
For Consideration as a Fee Appraiser, The following items must be submitted for approval:
- Completed Appraiser Application
- Resume (minimum 3 years of work history)
- Copy of current state licenses/certification
- HUD Letter of Approval (if applicable)
- Errors and Omissions insurance certificate
- Worker’s Compensation insurance certificate
Note: No samples are required to be submitted
for evaluation. Approval will be granted based on actual production reports completed
for CoreLogic Valuation Services, LLC in compliance with USPAP, binding appraisers
to the Confidentiality section of the Ethics Provision.
