Staff Appraisers enjoy the benefit of having only one interface between them and the client, utilizing electronic appraisal ordering and delivery. Other business contacts are also made easier with our centralized call center for all orders, a help desk for PC, application and E-mail support, and association with RES (Real Estate Solutions) for data sources. We also provide normal health and retirement benefits.

As an Independent Appraiser, approved with First American eAppraiseIT, LLC, you will be eligible to receive appraisal orders from us while continuing to work with your existing client base. You can also enjoy the benefit of increased workflow. Although being in business on your own can have many benefits, one of the drawbacks can be the inconsistency of workflow. Some months can be extremely busy, while other months you may be wondering when your next order will be placed. By being a part of our team, you can now smooth out those peaks and valleys by continuing to work during the slow times.

First American eAppraiseIT, LLC produces a product line ranging from statistical evaluations, desk and field reviews, to drive-bys and full URAR 1004 reports. We provide the most accurate appraisal information available for first mortgages, home equity loans, foreclosures and tax assessments. We make use of the most advanced technology with electronic data interchange, digital imaging and two-way pagers, (with a link to your E-mail possible) which simplifies the ordering process and speeds turnaround. Steps To Join The First American eAppraiseIT, LLC Network...

We welcome you to join First American eAppraiseIT, LLC Appraiser Network. To consider you for approval it is mandatory that all of the following information be submitted.

For Consideration as a Staff Appraiser :

E-mail your request for consideration to: amanagement@eappraiseit.com (be sure to include your name, phone number and a brief summary of your appraisal experience).

For Consideration as a Fee Appraiser, The following items must be submitted for approval:

1. Completed Appraiser Application
2. Resume (minimum 3 years of work history)
3. Copy of current state licenses/certification
4. HUD Letter of Approval (if applicable)
5. Errors and Omissions insurance certificate
6. Worker’s Compensation insurance certificate

Note: No samples are required to be sumbitted for evaluation. Approval will be granted based on actual production reports completed for First American eAppraiseIT, LLC in compliance with USPAP, binding appraisers to the Confidentiality section of the Ethics Provision.
